Pinecone Post writes personalized letters from Santa Claus, a folk character, for families to print at home or have mailed. Letters are written with AI from the details you enter. They are for personal, non-commercial use.

What you buy

Printable PDF: for $2.99 (USD, one-time) you get the full letter and a Nice List certificate as a downloadable, printable PDF. Your private download page works for 30 days.

Mailed letter: for $14.99 (USD, one-time, US addresses only, shipping included) we print the letter and certificate in color and mail them in an envelope by USPS First-Class Mail, and you also get the PDF right away. We mail every order by December 10. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days after mailing; the postal service sets the final date. If we can't mail your order by December 10, we refund it in full automatically. Mailed orders can be placed until December 8.

Previews

Previews are free and limited to a few per day per visitor. You see the opening of the letter before paying.

Refunds and fixes

If a paid letter has a mistake (a misspelled name, a detail that's wrong) or you're unhappy with it, contact us through the support page within 14 days with your order number. We'll correct it or refund you in full.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number.

Your content

Don't enter anything you don't have the right to share or that isn't appropriate for a child's letter. We may decline to write letters with inappropriate content.
